Thank you for visiting and shopping with Six Society. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy, for domestic mail orders.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method: Expedited Canada Post
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days
Shipping cost: $15.00
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment destinations and P.O. boxes
Six Society only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email from Canada Post once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check your spam and junk mail folders for this email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Six Society is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Six Society is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the Canada.
Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns.
This extends to return to sender items.
All products are final sale. If, for some reason the package contents are not what you ordered or damaged in some way we will be happy to rectify this (at our discretion). Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement depending on the circumstance.
Once your package has been accepted, processed and/or shipped our refund policy ONLY allows for replacements.
If your order is proved to have been missing a product upon delivery we will be ship /deliver this product out separately at our expense.
Faulty products will be replaced (a photo of the damage will be required upon request). Replacements will only be made up to fourteen days after you have received your parcel.
A 30 day hardware guarantee is applied to vaporizers. If a faulty or malfunctioning piece of hardware was purchased directly from Six Society, a replacement may be issued at the discretion of our representative.
If the package was damaged in transit we require images of the entire order, including packet it was delivered in, we will review it and resolve this accordingly and as best as we can.
We are not responsible for any damage through transit. Shipping / delivery fees are non-refundable.

- Follow the instruction to send an Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT) to email@example.com and include your Order ID as the message to contact.
NOTE: please do not mention cannabis or anything cannabis related in your messages when making payment.
- Once the funds have cleared our account we will begin processing your order
- Once your package has been shipped you will receive automated tracking information from Canada Post.
