Shipping Times and Other Info
All orders placed before 5pm (on weekdays) will be shipped out the same day. Orders place on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out the next business day.
We ship with XpressPost Canada Post, typically the delivery with be 3-5 business days to major cities. If you are located far from a major city it can take 5+ business days. If you are located a bit further, we kindly ask for your patience!
Tracking numbers will be provided via email so you can track your package.
Six Society will not take responsibility for lost orders due to:
- Wrong address provided by the customer
- Customer change of address
- Theft after delivery
- Package being rejected upon delivery (concierge or other)
Packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses (missing unit #) will be undeliverable by Canada Post. No refunds or replacements will be give for this mistake. PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
Depending on where you live our shipping charges range from $15-22. For any orders over $150, the shipping is free. Tracking numbers are provided via email provided by Canada Post : Xpresspost.
Please check around for your package sometimes the delivery person can hide it somewhere. Six Society will not refund packages that have a ‘delivered’ status on the tracking.

3% Insurance Coverage
Our 3% Insurance is an optional coverage that you can add to your order at sixsociety.co. This insurance provides protection for your order in the unfortunate event of lost or stolen packages during the delivery process.
When you choose to include the 3% Insurance with your order, we ensure that your package is safeguarded against loss or theft during transit. In the event of confirmed loss or theft, we will replace the contents of your order at no additional cost to you.
No, the 3% Insurance is not mandatory. It is entirely optional, and you have the freedom to decide whether to add this coverage during the checkout process. If you opt not to include the insurance, your order will not be protected against loss or theft.
The 3% Insurance covers the replacement of the products in your order if they are lost or stolen during delivery. This coverage ensures that you receive your products even if unforeseen circumstances occur during transit.
The 3% Insurance covers lost or stolen packages during delivery. However, please be aware that it does not apply to issues that may arise after successful delivery, such as misplacement of the package at your delivery address, damages caused by mishandling of the products, or any incidents that occur after the package has been marked as delivered.
To add the 3% Insurance to your order, simply select the insurance option during the checkout process on our website (sixsociety.co). The 3% Insurance cost will be calculated based on the total value of your order.
If you suspect that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation and take appropriate steps to address the issue. If the loss or theft is confirmed, we will proceed with replacing the contents of your order as covered by the 3% Insurance.
Unfortunately, once the 3% Insurance is added to your order and the purchase is completed, it cannot be removed or refunded. The insurance coverage will be applied to the entire order and cannot be modified afterward.
The 3% Insurance is valid for orders delivered to locations within our standard delivery zones. However, please note that some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for insurance coverage. If you have any concerns about the delivery coverage to your area, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
The 3% Insurance is non-transferable and can only be used for the order on which it was initially purchased. It cannot be transferred to other orders or customers.
