All products are final sale. If, for some reason, the package contents are not what you ordered or damaged in some way we will be happy to rectify this (at our discretion). Please email us at [email protected] to arrange a replacement depending on the circumstance.
Once your package has been accepted, processed and/or shipped our refund policy ONLY allows for replacements. If your order is proved to have been missing a product upon delivery we will be ship /deliver this product out separately at our expense.

Shipping Policy
CheapWeed Canada offers nationwide shipping across Canada via Canada Post. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Your order will be on hold until we have received payment via E-transfer. Once we have received payment, your order will be marked as processing and will be sent to our shipping team for fulfillment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking details will appear once the courier has processed the package.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
